Prerequisites: General experience in EIA procedure and ESIA coordinator experience from a consultancy, regulator, or client perspective. An interest in self-development, particularly leadership & management skills to enhance personal and project team performance. Increasing workplace need and interest in influencing IA professional outcomes within projects and improve the effectiveness of IA practice in general.

This 10.5-hour conflict resolution training course over three half-day sessions offers practical tips and training for managing conflict within projects and introducing effective conflict resolution strategies.
Aimed at ESIA team and Project Managers, this conflict resolution course provides the skills, knowledge and confidence to effectively manage and turn around conflict situations in EIA related projects in a clear, assertive and constructive manner.
Conflict often arises in complex large developmental projects. Some disputes may be minor, whilst others can escalate into something more serious and damaging to the team. All team and project managers need help in managing conflict internally. This course is unique in being focused on the specific pressures and tensions that arise in ESIA related projects.
